Switch to Electronic Communication
The HOA Website (Association-owned) and the Crest Portal serve different purposes.
Important:
Creating a Crest account is NOT enough.
Many residents believe they are “registered for emails” after creating an account — but unless you complete the Email Opt-In step, you will not receive electronic notices.
Missing notices or bills can cause unnecessary frustration.
When registering in the Crest Portal, please make sure you:
✔ Complete registration
✔ Select Email Communication Opt-In
