Deeded property owners within The Highlands are members of the Community Association and are encouraged to take an active role in their community. Property owners are welcome to attend regularly scheduled Board of Directors meetings, stay informed about community matters, and participate in opportunities that help make The Highlands an even better place to live.

All exterior additions, changes, or improvements require advance review and prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This helps maintain the cohesive look and feel of our neighborhood. You can submit your application online!
