The Community Association of the Highlands (“The Highlands”) was established to maintain and enhance the beauty, safety, and value of our neighborhood. Located in the heart of Sugar land in Fort Bend County, The Highlands is governed by deed restrictions that help preserve the character of our community and ensure long-term property value for all residents.
Deeded property owner are members of The Highlands and are welcome and encouraged to attend HOA meetings.
